The longest serving commander of Israel National Police Crisis Negotiation Unit, with over 20 years of extensive operational experience in crisis negotiation and was personally involved in many criminal and terror events such as hostage kidnapping to suicidal entrenchments. Mr. Zoltak developed numerous innovative applications of the crisis intervention methods used by the INP CNU from negotiating through the internet and dealing. with interdicted suicide bombers. He is a Graduate of the FBI Academy, and teaches crisis negotiation for armed forces around the world. In addition, Mr. Zoltak practices the art of Aikedo (Master) for many years and integrates this art into teaching negotiation and problem solving using peaceful tactics. He holds a master degree in psychology from Tel Aviv University and is licensed psychologist by the Israeli Ministry of Health.
