A social psychologist with unique focus on intra-organizational negotiations
Retired at 2009 as a Colonel from the Israeli Defense Forces after a long and intensive career where he served in a number of key positions at the behavioral science department of the IDF. He established the academic magazine titled: “ Military Psychology”. Dr. Lehrer Specializes in the psychology of combat and crisis and acts as the head of the Sociology of the Military at the Israeli Sociological Association.
